The PDLE-101 is a polarization dependent loss (PDL) source that
generates PDL values up to 20 dB.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The PDLE-101 differentially attenuates one polarization
component of input light to create a variable amount of PDL. It can generate
PDL values up to 20 dB with a resolution of 0.1 dB for PDL tolerance
testing. It can also generate variable PDL patterns with user defined
range, waveform, and speed for PDL tracking speed and recovery time tests.
PRODUCT SOLUTIONS
The PDLE-101 generates PDL over a large
range for PDL tolerance testing, and has built-in variation patterns suitable
for PDL tracking speed and tolerance testing.
